Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance done entirely in charcoal.
I am trying something new where I don't grid this time. I just want to see if I can do it. I think it's matching up actually really good. The mouth is a tad off but eh. I can't be perfect.

This is taken from the MCR 2008 calendar. I got to put up my 2009 so I took apart my 2008 and I can't wait to decorate with the pictures!!


Total around 3 hours plus 20 min for the drop boarder

And yeah, entirely charcoal. No pencil presketch which I wish I was allowed too but I really wanna see if I can do it with a charcoal pencil...
